In Summer 2011, Kapital started work on this fabulously wide and beautifully tucked-away Belgravia mews house. The house was completely rebuilt and extended to 3,250 sq ft with a decadent 900 sq ft panoramic roof terrace.

Our interior design goal was to create something exceptional. Highlights of the installation included hundreds of meters of bespoke Spanish marble, Swedish blown-glass chandeliers, living walls planted with British white orchids, solid marble steam rooms, a home cinema and a fully iPad automated TV, music and Lutron lighting system. Access to the roof terrace is at a touch of a button; the glass roof slides open silently.
